There are two ways to submit a Moondance Adventures application. We prefer that you apply on line as it is the fastest and easiest way to join us. You can also print a hard copy and mail it to our office.
Before completing the application, please note:
- Call the office at 800.832.5229 to check availability. You may guarantee your spot by paying the trip deposit over the phone with MasterCard, Visa or American Express.
- You must fill out the application completely. Parent or Legal Guardian must be present to accept the terms of agreement.
- Enroll for more than one trip for more than one family member and receive the $100 multi-family discount.
