There are two ways to submit a Moondance Adventures application. You can either print, complete and mail in a hard copy or submit your application online.

Call the office at 800.832.5229 to check availability. You may guarantee your spot by paying the trip deposit over the phone with MasterCard or Visa. |

You must fill out the application completely. Parent or Legal Guardian must be present to accept the terms of agreement. |

Enroll for more than one trip for more than one family member and receive the multi-family discount. |
