Please Note: Your spot on a Moondance Adventure is not guaranteed until we receive your deposit. An $800 deposit must accompany this form. If you are paying the deposit by check, we encourage you to FedEx or UPS your deposit.
The balance of your tuition is due March 1, 2008. Full tuition is due upon enrollment after March 1st. We accept payments by Check, MasterCard or Visa. Published tuition prices reflect a 3% cash/check discount.
