Genna is the Student Coordinator for Moondance. She joins our staff as no stranger to the scene! She participated in our Rocky Mountain Way and Moondance Leadership courses as a high school student from Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Upon completion of high school, Genna attended UNC-Chapel Hill where she graduated with a degree Journalism and sang with a bluegrass band in her spare time. She is also a graduate of the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS). In her spare time, she likes to explore the music, mountains, rivers and freshwater streams that Western North Carolina has to offer.
