Though we use the outdoors to teach a variety of skills,
it is the intangibles that last a lifetime – trust, communication,
leadership. Every year I hear from students who tell me their Moondance
course was one of the best experiences of their life.
They have made
lifelong friends with complete strangers, they have challenged themselves
to see what they are capable of doing and they have grown to appreciate
all that life has to offer. Is Moondance for everyone? No, but for those
with an adventurous spirit, it can be the time of their life.
