How to Apply
There are two ways to submit a Moondance Adventures application. You can either print, complete and mail in a hard copy or submit your application online.
Before completing the application, please note:
- Call the office at 800.832.5229 to check availability. You may guarantee your spot by paying the trip deposit over the phone with MasterCard or Visa.
- You must fill out the application completely. Parent or Legal Guardian must be present to accept the terms of agreement.
- Enroll for more than one trip for more than one family member and receive the multi-family discount.
